He also quickly picked up that I understand some about handywork and he engaged me in that conversation--never speaking down to me. Jerry sent Dave, the handyman, to do the job and he was meticulous and efficient. He fixed the trim as if it was his own house--with great pride--which I knew he would since he had taken the same care with my neighbor's garage trim. He went above and beyond, even filling in off-color fill holes around the trim to make it all blend and look fresh. He was timely, neat, friendly. and did a great job. My dad used to by my handy man. "This is a scam. he was given $2,400 down and somehow that didn’t cover the cost of the unit so he needed an additional $750 which says he doesn’t know how to manage his money. He was given the money. Told me he would be there at 8:30am on Friday and never showed up, didn’t call or text. He still hasn’t responded to any of my texts. He will take your money and not show up. Going to dispute the charges with the bank and take him to court and notify all the websites he is on so others don’t get scammed"
