There work is poor and unprofessional, have had oil over filled in an oil change. My wife had a coolant flushon her 2007 Impala and it was not done properly, found tool left under hood had to bleed coolant system myself as no heat at idle, coolant residue from flush left on top of manifold and on car frame. To top it off they tried to sell her a water pump for no heat at idle which caused by improper bleeding of coolant system. Would not use there shop again as they charged my wife $854.00 for fogging of windshield. They replaced a recirculation door motor that not sure if that was really the problem, charged $114 for diagnosis and a bunch of labor and never completely repaired problem, instead tried to sell us more parts that weren't needed

I came in, on an appointment for Steve to take a look at an issue with a steering fluid leak and give m a quote. Steve went into my system and gave me a quote of over $600 and then told me that my warranty wouldn't cover it. I immediately told him no, and I would go else where. After researching, The cost for the parts where just over 100, while he charged me close to 250, then the other half that took less than an hour was in labor. I'm not sure how you can make up for something like that. After finding out how to trust you, I'm not sure what you might do after that.

The stated repair was completed, belt and pump replacements were recommended on a prior oil change. Everything else about the experience was frustrating and misleading. Left the vehicle for the day so there was no time constraint to finish the repair by certain time of day. So their customer service took that opportunity to call me early on and go through a list of 8 items they recommended for repair, almost all items were based on the age of the vehicle not actual inspection. Well, just being thorough one might think. Think again. Prior to dropping off the repair, the check engine light was on and the car had issues misfiring. I had also mentioned that on the phone when making the appt, stating I don't know if it had anything to do with the belt replacements but wanted to bring the car in sooner rather than later since the check engine was on. So on picking up the car, check engine still on and car misfiring. Inquired as to what they discovered and why they hadn't informed me that the car still had these issues. At first they claimed ignorance but after pressing for a bit one mechanic admitted they noticed the check engine and took down some codes. The first attempt to explain their oversight for not informing me was that they couldn't make a repair without authorization. Wait a minute, logic check, if you don't tell me how could I authorize? Their next attempt was that based on diag codes, any potential diagnose and repair couldn't be completed that day. So they took the time to call me and propose several additional hours of repairs but not this specific (and obvious) repair ? So they essentially copped again to knowing the check engine was on. Their last attempt resorted to the "paper trail" argument - it wasn't written down on the envelope left in the overnight drop box so they didn't know to look for it. So their defense for their dishonesty was incompetence. Either way they lost my business.

It is a company I have been going to for probably 40 years. There was no charge for the service because my tires were purchased there.

The brakes were OK, but when I drove home our vehicle shimmied. Called then when I got home and arranged to bring it back on Monday..they did what they could do but apparently one of the tires was defective. Had to go back again in Tuesday get the new tire on. I asked if I could get a bit of renumeration for all the additional time and trips I needed to take..answer was no.

I was very impressed by this professional shop. They did not try to sell me any unnecessary service. I had my car at a different garage a few months back and they were trying to sell me new shocks. These guys were honest and said they didn't need replacing yet. I feel that this mechanics will not try to rob you and will be honest. I saw some amazing classics automobiles getting work done there. That is a big sign to me that this garage is a trusted place

Great!!!  It went well and I'll be returning in the future.  I was called promptly when they determined some suspension parts needed replacing.  Their advice was practical and helpful and I was impressed with their integrity.  I elected to postpone replacing the parts and they recommended that I postpone getting an alignment until that was done.  Thank you.

I received prompt and professional service.  I have taken my vehicles to Twin City Tire for maintainance and repairs for several years.   Twin City Tire does quality work at a fair price.

I couldn't be happier. They quickly diagnosed my problem and gave me a free loaner car for the afternoon while they repaired my vehicle.

I went to these folks in part based on Angie's List reviews, and they did not disappoint. They had what I wanted in stock, did not try to convince me to buy something else, and completed the work in less time than they predicted. A follow up appointment for rotation went just as smoothly, and was free as they said it would be with the warranty.
Warranty covers repair or replacement, no questions, for the life of the tires, and includes free draining and re-filling with nitrogen as required.
Only issue: They seemed a little flustered when I called to set up my rotation appointment and asked them to confirm the mileage on my car when the tires were installed, so I could make sure I wasn't getting them rotated too soon. In the end it didn't matter (it was proper timing), and I just chalked it up to being particularly busy when I called. Heartily recommend them for any tire needs.

Eliminated the noise, did the neccesary maintenance only.
I have since had new tires put on, customer for life.
Same faces every time, not turnover like some places.

They were quick and informative, showed me the problems and gave me options; and finished the work in a timely manner. I would have liked the work to have been cheaper, but that's just me. The cost was not out of line with the rest of the industry. A good experience overall.

The help on the phone before I got to the appt was very good.  When I got there they were so busy I probably waited about 10 minutes before someone waited on me.   They were professional and answered my questions.   Like most shops - they don't tell you when you are delayed.  They were backed up on the alignment and it took about an hour or so more then expected.  This would have been very bad, however I did not have anything I had to get to.

I did both tire and shop research online, so I had a pretty good idea what I wanted before shopping.

I arrived @ 7:00AM.  Reviewed my vehicle and tire needs with Mark.  Mentioned I wanted the Cooper CS4. It was pretty obvious he was not a fan of the coooper's; he mentioned a couple of other options that were cheaper after rebates. Funny thing, he tried to show me the different tread patterns; I laughed and told him I am not a tire engineer. Anyhow ... after a little more discussion, I decided I did want the Cooper CS4 and he offered to have them shipped from the warehouse.

This is the cool thing ... I was a walk-in, so no appointment.  They did not have what I wanted in stock.  The next appointment available when I could wait would have been next Tues. Mark offered a free loaner if I could leave the car for the day!  I got the tires I wanted and got to work on time.

The work?  Tires installed, alignment performed, car rides much nicer than OEM (they did have 58K on them).  Oil change was pricey, but since I was there, it was a convenience tax I  was willing to pay.

$750 is not cheap.  But it was what I wanted.

The overall experience was pretty good. They didn't have my specified tire in stock but they found it right away and I was able to get in the same day to get it fixed. They told me it would take a half an hour and it took an hour - so I wasn't too happy about that. But the overall experience went pretty well. I would go back.
