I have searched other Air Duct Cleaning companies, and many seem to have a "Deal" or "Special Price" but when you research their fine print, you realize their "deal" or "special price" doesn't cover everything and you end up paying a lot more because it covers only part of the job and you get "Bait and Switched". Not so with Brouillette Home Services. I really liked the way Mark does it: An honest price for ALL the work, with no surprises and no bait and switch. Mark and his co-worker arrived, did a thorough job and cleaned all the vents (Supply and Return). He also replaced some screws which the previous vendor took and didn't replace. I would highly recommend him, and will use him again when we have our air ducts cleaned again.

They were great. They did a great job. They came right away. They were really quick.

He checked the furnace & cleaned the ducts in the house and then cleaned the dryer ducts. It has always been a wonderful experience! He moved the short bookshelves to the side for me and cleaned the ducts to get to the cold air return. He is always so pleasant and very fast. They are always as clean as can be. He has someone who works with him. We use them every other year since about 2013. They are friendly and tell you exactly what they are doing. The friendliness and the calling ahead of time to say when they are coming are all wonderful!

They were easy to reach.  We have now used them twice, and were very satisfied with both visits.  They called just before arriving to confirm the the appointment, and the team was professional (and friendly -- a nice bonus).  They were focused, cleaned up any extra lint, etc.  They also described what they found (in terms of lint excess) and gave us a recommendation for the timing of our next visit.  Easy to work with and focused.  Appreciate this company.

Excellent communication from my phone call to make an appointment through the whole process. He was on time and phoned before arrival. The work was done very thoroughly and in good time. We are really pleased with the job that was done.

They didn't do the service because they told me I did not need it so they did not charge me. They do a great job.

When they had specials I tried them and I love them. I've been using them for 5 years. They come when they say they're going to come, they're reasonably price and I use them highly in spring when they got specials. They were very responsive, very professional and they don't do work that wasn't needed.

Brouillette Home Service was on time and worked very hard from start to finish. First cleaned vents then cleaned fireplace & chimney has 20 yrs experience.

They did a great job. They were just tremendous. They were great about scheduling. They had a fairly short window. It was an hour or two-hour window. The price was reasonable for the work that they did. They're following up with me to come back and do it again this year. They seemed to have a record of when we had it cleaned. They give you reminders.

called before arrival, came right on time, went to work immediately. Cleaned all ducts and vents thoroughly. Retuned areas where worked neat and clean.

I called on a Friday afternoon and Mark was able to fit me in the following Monday afternoon within a 2 hour time window. He called me on Monday 15 minutes prior to that window to let me know he'd be there about 10 minutes into the window. When he arrived he was very self-sufficient and worked quickly. All work took about 1.5 hours. He left the areas around the vents pretty clean (I expected to have to do a little bit of vacuuming once he was done based on past experience with having the vents clean, he left it cleaner than I expected). He told me when giving me the invoice that he had given me all the coupon rates he had available at the time, which I certainly appreciated.
The only minor complaint I have is that I didn't realize he needed the dryer empty to clean out the dryer vent and he ended up removing the clothes and putting them on my bed rather than asking me to do it. I appreciate that he was so self-sufficient, but I would have preferred to remove the clothes from the dryer myself.

One of our keys became "stuck" in the door at my office near downtown Minneapolis, and would not come out with pliers or hammer taps.We would use them again! Nice guy too!

He did not do what he said he was going to do.  He said he would have to cut a square hole near the furnace where he would attach a vacuum that would suck everything that he was blowing around/loosening up in the ductwork.  He also said he was going to put little holes in various locations that he would use to put his hose in to blow toward the vacuum.

My only guess is that the job was bigger than he planned and it was the end of the day so he took major shortcuts.  He did not cut the hole near the furnace for the vacuum.  Instead left my new furnace and my new $45 filter vulnerable to all the loosened dirt etc.  He blew everything into my filter and then vacuumed out my filter.

I think that is what a lot of companies do, but it is not what he said he was going to do and if I knew that was the way he was going to go I would not have hired him.
