It was my first time working with this contractor, and initially, he seemed knowledgeable, especially since he also teaches at Minneapolis Tech School. Unfortunately, my expectations were far from met. After I paid a 50% down payment of $2,300, he claimed he needed an additional $750 to secure the AC unit, even though I had already been waiting weeks. That should have been my red flag, but needing the unit installed due to the heat, I reluctantly paid the extra amount. Despite his reassurances and even saying, “You can take me to court if I don’t follow through,” he still has not delivered. Now, my next step is indeed to call a lawyer. This has been a costly and stressful ordeal, and I feel taken advantage of. I do not recommend Kyrios Heating and Air. I regret putting my trust in him, and I hope this review helps others avoid a similar experience."
