"Save yourself some money and hire a professional in electrical, plumbing, roofing and structure to inspect your property. He failed to highlight the lack of sufficient plumbing vents in the house. Claimed it was up to code when I called the state and asked them about a specifi device that was used, it is not approved by the state. If he would have shown that was an issue in the inspection, I could have negotiated it in the price. Same with the electrical. There were too many outlets, including lights on the same circuit which is a big no no, but I did not get that info in the inspection. He was more worried about the laminate flooring not locking then he was the items that could have hidden costs. $10k and counting to replace the bathroom plumbing, with the kitchen next. Hodge Podge is what you will with this inspection service."

"Finken called to sell RO filters for RO system previously installed. They took payment over the phone and stated the filters were paid in full and drop off of the filters would occur. After drop off, invoices were sent requesting additional payment. When calling to discuss the issue, representatives give excuses as to why the original payment 'didn't go through'. They state there is a training issue, and conveniently the person who processes the invoices is never available. They state they take the credit card information at the time of original phone call and store it in their vault. I've requested they delete my information and stop calling me as I've already paid as they required before delivery. I will look into purchasing these replacements elsewhere as the business practices are questionable and customer service is poor. "

They state there is a training issue, and conveniently the person who processes the invoices is never available. Then, once I gave a deposit, I had the job scheduled and completed within a week. After the job was completed, he gave me a run-through of everything that they did along with a short tutorial on the water softener. That included fixing the main-shut off as shown in the picture. Finally, after signing one form, he said that he would turn in the $750 rebate to ALASD for the water softener for me. Overall, I would certainly use them again for any of my plumbing issues."
