About us

Chaps Home Inspection offers residential inspections for homeowners and buyers. I have been trained in the ASHI standards of practice and certified by the ICA. As a member of the Midwest Association of Home Inspectors, I keep up with current practices. Outside of inspection training I also have previous home construction and landscaping experience. Chaps also offers Radon Testing as a state licensed Radon Measurement professional in MN. After completing a home inspection you will receive a detailed report with photos and recommendations for the property. Home inspections give confidence to buyers and sellers alike.

We hired Adam, we were not sure of what we wanted. He proposed some ideas and we went with a stone patio steps and a built in fire pit . Couldnâ t be happier, we love it use it all the time. Adam was very particular with his work very professional. He does excellent work I recommend him highly , excellent.

His finished project was more that we expected. Didn't know for sure what we wanted, but took his suggestion and went with it. Have not been disappointed with his work or ideas. We live on a main street and have had several good comments on his work.

Adam designed a backyard paver patio project complete with pergola. He even let me get my hands dirty and help out. I appreciate his attention to detail, quality craftsmanship and communication during the project. He was there when he said he would be and completed the project in a timely manner.
