Mr Hemann came out and inspected the chimney and fireplace, he said the chimney was in great shape and did not require cleaning but noticed that the hot water heater exhaust pipe had some corrosion and suggested that a roofing and heating company be contacted. Since we had never used a fireplace before he walked us through the procedures of using the fireplace and suggested we have the correct fire extinguisher on hand. He was extremely helpful and very professional.
