They had a great presentation showing how I could take my project one step farther and do what they called cabinet renovation. The crew that came to do the work were very friendly and professional. Not only were they able to make my old cabinets look new, I was also able to add a couple extra cabinets and organizing components. I absolutely love my new kitchen!"

"Overall, I really enjoyed working with Great Lakes. I had the same two guys come out and install my bathroom (Hassan and Mike). The remodel took 3 days. They were professional and courteous; on time and cleaned up the area every night. Hassan kept me in the loop for changes and asked for my opinions when it came to placing certain pieces in the shower. My only complaint would be in communication between Great Lakes home office. After my consultation, I was told I would receive samples of the vanity color and countertop (for painting) which didn't happen & the person I was to contact had left the company so my emails were not getting through and I had to contact the office and explain my issue. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends."

"When Filipp came into our home to perform a quote he removed his shoes. Made sure he put drop cloths down going upstairs and down the hallway to the bathroom when working on project. The bathroom is beautiful and more than we expected. Filipp did a great job answering questions and was very courteous and knowledgeable about tile work and was on time.
