Phoenix Remodel

Phoenix Remodel was wonderful to work with. Jay and crew were remarkable in the care and commitment they brought to the job. They adapted to unexpected circumstances and came up with solutions that are really improved the rooms. They were very respective of my time and home. I will refer them to friends and would use them again.

We have used Jay for 3 projects prior to this bathroom remodel. He is very detailed in his work, accurate in cuts and tile installation. Good problem solver, also. Glad he pointed out a construction problems with a wal and asked if we wanted it fixed or ignore. We fixed it because the wall was uneven and is noticeable wavy which bothered me for years. Extra work but worth it. I also like he asks about details about installaion We added a wainscoting last minute. We discussed different heights, how tiles line up, etc. before installing. He was very nice about extra stop for more tile, because I expanded work. We support Jay as a small business owner and family man. We will use him for all our projects in future.

It went great. All the work was done in only a couple of days.

Quality workmanship. Very reasonably priced after seeking numerous estimates. Finished ahead of schedule. Suggested further improvements, I didn’t consider. Overall excellent experience - will definitely hire for future work.

Jay at Phoenix Remodel did a great job at a great price! Highly recommend his work.

Jay worked with me with the overall design and look of the bathroom. They completely gutted my 50-year-old yellow tile and tub surround, installed new insulation, backer board, drywall, plumbing as needed and white subway tile with grey grout in the tub/shower, vanity and corner niche areas. Included pencil tile trim and other clever solutions for a high-class finished look. Installed new toilet, tub/shower fixtures, grab bar, ceramic shower shelves, vanity faucets, three light fixtures, and toilet paper holder and towel rings. Added baseboards and quarter round moulding throughout. They worked quickly and carefully. Extremely neat, using dropcloths along all access areas. Showed up on time every morning and kept me informed throughout the process and brought me in whenever design and material decisions needed to be made. It is such a joy to use my new bath! I would hire Phoenix Remodel again in a heartbeat.

Great to work with, easygoing friendly and good at explaining what needs to be done. I will use him again when I have more to do.
