"Rivetts Tree Service went above and beyond what I had imagined! I canâ t recommend them enough - and they will be our go-to tree service company from here on out! First off, I had not planned well for their arrival.. but before I could even get my shoes on, the crew were moving all our â lawn ornamentsâ (aka garbage cans, grills, lawn chairs, toys, and even heavy objects I wasnâ t able to move myself!) without complaint! Matter of fact, they were so easy to talk to - we were laughing together by the time it was cleared! When we hired Rivetts Tree Service, we had planned for the removal of a very large tree between lot lines. However, when I talked with the crew about my concerns/questions of removal vs trimming, they listened intently and were so so informative! After 20 minutes of us talking â treesâ (yes, 20 minutes!), we decided to trim the large tree (yay!!). They were so flexible with the change of plans - and Iâ m so grateful!
