Late notice meant I could not be home, but the arborist reassured me by speaking with me on the phone. The tree pruning was smart and sensitive. When I expressed some disappointment with underprunung on a big shrub, the arborist arranged to come back to fix it the following week. Super responsive, willing to explain recommendations."

"Twin City Tree Authority removed an overdue, diseased Ash tree. I had been hesitant and dragging my feet to get the tree looked at, due to my lack of knowledge with trees. "I can't say enough on how impressed I am with the work the crew did. The maple tree was huge and in a tricky spot, surrounded by power lines and buildings. They had to take it down the old fashioned way with ropes. They did a great job and worked for over 12 hours on it. They ground the stump all the way down and cleaned up the yard. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if I need any of my other trees removed."
