I was so impressed (and relieved!) with their honesty and level of arborist knowledge. I was given option of what work needed to be done, along with detailed costs for each item. They used a lift to access my backyard, through a fence and gate. They were very cautious and careful not to damage my yard, which was very important to me. I will be using Twin City Tree Authority from now on. I highly recommend this crew!"
