I needed to have my maple tree thinned out and pruned properly, since I couldn't go much higher than I could reach with my ladder. Shawn responded quickly and gave me a great quote. They were done in one day, and they removed the debris. Great service!

Reach Tree was excellent. They were very responsive, the crew was professional and they were very efficient. Our neighbor came out to talk to them about a very tall dead tree on her property and I understand they made her a nice deal since they were out. It was fun to watch it come down. They were not the least expensive quote I received but they were close, and their service was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.

The crew was very efficient and cleaned up all the debris afterward. The only blemish was that they nicked and tore off some bark on a healthy tree as they were hauling the sawed logs back to the curb. But, it was a tight space to get through, so it's understandable. I will definitely include them in my next tree estimate request, as they were very competitive on pricing.

First, Shawn came to my yard, checked out my trees, and sent me a quote - all without ever talking to me. That seemed weird but he had good reviews here and his quote was lower than others than I'd gotten. Next, I never received an updated quote based on adjustments I had made to my job request. The guy who showed up was not an employee of Reach Tree Services. He called himself an independent contractor. He did not know about the adjustments I had requested to the job and had the wrong $ amount. He said my "first time customer discount" didn't apply as I was now a 2nd customer...WHAT? I had to go find the original quote in my email. Then this lead guy asked for payment (BEFORE the work was done) made out directly to him instead of Reach Tree Services. Fishy. After some uncomfortable back and forth, I did agree to pay him, but then he left, the workers left as it was very hot, and the job wasn't finished and cleaned up for more than a week! Even then I had to clean up a huge pile of grass, leaves, twigs from my fire pit. Piling the brush on the fire pit is not cleaning them up! Last and worst of all, they felled the tree on my beautiful gardens. The tree and the cleanup crews totally destroyed my front yard garden. Hundreds of dollars and hours babying that garden and preparing it for my senior daughter's graduation party/parade...gone. The machines destroyed my grass as well. When I asked Shawn to fix my yard, he spread a tiny bit of seed on the worst part of the front yard grass, nothing in the backyard which was worse. To sum up, this was an unprofessional and sloppy job.

They were great. Stopped by the SAME day I asked for info to give us a quote. Work was done within the week. Prompt and professional . Would highly recommend. And a great PRICE.

They did a great job. I was very impressed and pleased with their work. Troy was very was responsive and accommodating to the payment that I had to make.

We used "Reach" one other time after a straight line wind felled some very large trees in our yard.  Their promptness and professionalism the 1st time made me immediately call them this time.  They do a great job and are wonderful to work with.
Both of the times that they were hired by us, several neighbors ended up hiring them also.  That speaks for itself.

A very bad storm struck our city and blew down a lot of trees all over the county.  I had 3 trees down and one
teetering dangerously over our house.  My husband was out of town.  I immediately started calling tree services from the
yellow pages and let them know my dilemma.  I was having to just leave messages at each of them.  "Reach's" owner called me back quickly and said that he, personally, would come over right away to assess the situation.  He agreed with me that this large limb needed to be removed quickly before someone, or my house, was hurt.  He quickly started working on it himself while he was waiting for the rest of his crew to help.  They ended up doing some other tree trimming while they were at it.  I think they got another 5-6 jobs from people watching and wanting them to do their yards too.  Everyone that used them were extremely happy!

Great experience all around.  They approached us because they saw that the city had marked one of our oaks for removal (they were doing work for our neighbor).  They gave us a great estimate and we called them back to do the work.  We were impressed by their thoroughness and knowledge, as well as their willingness to work within our budget.  The next weekend a windstorm knocked down another tree.  We called them on Sunday and they were here first thing Monday morning.  We took the opportunity for them to do some more throrough cleanup of our yard and they identified trees that might pose a danger in the future.  We were once again impressed by their knowledge and expertise.  Would recommend and will use again!

They removed a very large elm tree from my yard. The actual tree removal was excellent but a bit scary to watch. However once the tree was down the crew to clean it up was not happy to be there. Lots of swearing and a general bad attitude. My yard and two neighbors yards were badly damaged. I was aware that one yard was going to be damaged but not the third. When I asked about repairing the yards I was told we don't usually do that. The crew had to come back twice to clean up the mess to my satisfaction. Again the actual tree removal was great. The rest of the process was not so pleasant.

He was very knowledgeable and he was also very safety oriented. He had all the proper safety equipment you needed for going up in the tree and he had on the professional harness that they are all suppose to have. He was real knowledgeable and efficient. He was very good.

Reach was the lower of two bids we received. They worked carefully to remove the tree with no damage to our fence, sidewalk, etc. I asked them to include some dirt removal in their bid, but they didn't clear away as much as I envisioned, so he reduced his fee a little. I also had them remove some shrubs and haul away some scrap lumber at the last minute. Price was reasonable. Professional to work with.

This company was the highest bid. We have trees over 20 years old and needed to find a qualified company to trim 14+ trees and shrubs. They were somewhat difficult to connect with after the bid but professional. They showed up when promised with two trucks and four men and were courteous, professional and completed the job in 4 hours.
