I plan, price, contract, & service all projects with experienced professionals, while being licensed & insured, dependable & honest.

"The room was completed on schedule but they did not complete all of the work the were supposed to do. The bathroom was completed but they installed a piece of the wall covering with a large chip in it and installed the bathroom stool incorrectly that caused it to leak. I contacted Rick many times via text and he responded that he would call to set up a time to correct my problems. He never called me back or tried to contact me."

The crew, especially Sarg, were always respectful and worked so hard and fast! One of our sprinkler heads got damaged during the process but they immediately fixed it without any difficulty. It's been nearly a year now since we had the work done, and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Perfect for summer days and the evening sun! It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

The number of paint coats you should apply varies by project, but many jobs call for two coats of paint. Make sure you let the first coat fully dry according to the manufacturer’s instructions before applying that second coat. Luckily, paint from a sprayer dries rather quickly due to the nature of the fine mist created by the sprayer.

While no-VOC paints don’t contain the chemical compounds that are toxic when they’re outgassed, they can still have an odor. This is because odors can come from other chemicals in the paint that aren’t classified as VOCs. Again, ventilation is key, especially if you plan to sleep in the room on the same day as you paint.

Metal is finicky, particularly when exposed to the elements. In other words, you should always prime your metal garage door before laying down paint. Primer not only helps the paint stick to the metal, but it also prevents rust from bleeding through. If you already have some rust and want to avoid it peeking out, cover the spots with a zinc chromate primer. 

While you can paint brick or concrete pavers, you shouldn’t. Even with a matte finishing paint, it still creates a reflective surface where sunlight bounces off. This increases heat during summer months, making the pavers hard to walk on. The reflection can also damage your eyes. Finally, paint seals the pavers in the least desirable way and makes them impermeable, trapping water and moisture inside, which can cause other problems. Paint layers also chip easily.

If you’re repainting with the same sheen, it’s possible to apply satin paint over satin. However, if you’re reducing the glossiness and using a flatter paint, you should sand first to take off some of the sheen. Sanding will also help the next coat of paint stick to the wall better, so it’s a good idea, even if you’re not changing the sheen.
