Rick Ites Construction

The room was completed on schedule but they did not complete all of the work the were supposed to do. The bathroom was completed but they installed a piece of the wall covering with a large chip in it and installed the bathroom stool incorrectly that caused it to leak. I contacted Rick many times via text and he responded that he would call to set up a time to correct my problems. He never called me back or tried to contact me.

We were very impressed with Rick and Jarod; they were here when they said they would be, they accommodated us since it is our only bathroom by replacing the toilet each day prior to leaving. They went over and above to help with replacing some other sheet rock areas, magically fixed a drawer in our new vanity that the plumber said they would have to screw closed... still can't figure out how they did it! My husband stated "he is a true craftsman" and those compliments don't come easy from my husband!!! I've included before and after pics.

Rick was awesome to deal with. I live out of town and couldn't be around while they worked. After talking to Rick in person

The only person who was able to return phone calls and and actually communicate was this company.  Glad I went to Angie's List.  This business is great.  They were excellent in every category.

Everything went great from initial contact to finish. No problems at all.

He was quick with estimates and with starting and completing the job. He takes great attention to detail. They where neat and organized and knew what they where doing. I would hire him back if I need any more work done and recommend him to anyone.

They did a good job and we're pleased with them. He was prompt and he just did good work. The price was very reasonable. They're responsive.

Rick, his son and another man made quick work of the project. We have also agreed on two upcoming projects including a large window installation and to continue working on the kitchen. Pricing and and getting here on short notice helped us decide on our initial job. Rick was straight forward and did not try to oversell what we wanted, he is easy to work with.

Rick and team were easy to work with. Project was started and completed promptly. We requested small add-on projects along the way, and they were done at a reasonable price. Would work with them again and would recommend them to others.

All in all Very Very happy!! the hardwood floors where just as clean as they where before they started. I wish I had the before and after pictures to show. I could go on and on (but who want to read a 3page reveiw)
P.s. he has got to be one of the smartest in the Contractor field he came acrossed problems where I was so lost, and was able to come up with a solution without batting an eye.

This home is one of 4 condominiums attached as row houses with all wooden exteriors built in the mid 1980's.
Rick Ites' bid was the best of four we had received and one homeowner had already had positive experiences with this company. The weather was still warm in October. Mr. Ites felt he and his crew could get this job done before cold weather.
The other units that had contracted with Mr. Ites for the exterior work did not have as much damage as my unit.
So the crew spent more time working on the exterior of my unit. They worked every warm day and were able to complete everything before freezing temps arrived. All individuals were polite and professional. They cleaned up the work areas at the end of each work day. I will certainly use this company again.
I was particularly impressed with Mr. Ites' use of quality materials. He made sure that my home will remain in good exterior condition for many years to come.

Stayed with the job until completion. Fair price and everyone did good work. I would recommend Rick Ites, to others.
