The only other hang up was the discovery of rotten studs underneath the old stucco. The real nice touch was that he matched the stucco color to the color of the painted stucco on the rest of the house. "They had a total of four employees come out and it took a couple of weeks to complete due to the drying of the stucco. You will get good workers. They didn't give a good heads up when showing up but it didn't cause any problems. This is a relevant problem with any construction company though."
