Our experience with Gutter Helmet has been excellent> Our installer, Daniel Barrett was exceptional. He was on time and completed the work efficiently. He was easy to work with and he explained the work that was being done.

They are outstanding and were less expensive than what I was expecting. We had them back to do some other work and they are Johnny on the spot. They were very efficient and I would highly recommend them as well.

Although I went through Costco to get the ball rolling, the Gutter Helmet team was great to work with. The sales guy was very helpful and the guys who installed the gutters/gutter helmet were friendly, accommodating, and did a great job. I'm a very pleased customer.

Excellent. Michael and Jared removed my Gutter Helmets on April 15 and re-installed them on April 27 after my house received a new roof. They also re-sealed several annoying leaky seams in my gutters -- annoying because of their location above doorways. They arrived on time and were professional, efficient, friendly, and personable.

We had the Gutter Helmut covers installed on 3/4's of our house by Tim K, Paul B, and Alek P. We had seen several flyers for this product from different mailers over the years, deciding it was needed because climbing ladders had become too dangerous. Gutter Helmut was the first company we interviewed. After the sales rep, Tom K, explained the system, we knew Gutter Helmut was the product we'd go with. What sold us on Gutter Helmut was that Tom had samples of competitor products with him and the difference in quality and design was immediately evident. Tom determined the needed layout before he left. We had a tight timeframe for installation and Gutter Helmut got back to us within the week. Gutter Helmut installation was complete within 2 weeks. Tim K, head installer, was determined to meet our needs, answer our every question. Every Gutter Helmut staff member was polite, responsive and efficient. We highly recommend Gutter Helmut to anyone interested in this product.

Very well! Gutter cleaning had come to seem increasingly dangerous, so I was willing to invest some money to eliminate this dangerous chore. I received a prompt on-site evaluation and estimate, and then the gutter helmets were installed 7 weeks later (They are busy). I was also concerned about stucco staining following rainstorms that I hoped Gutter Helmets would resolve, but it didn't. The general manager, Ryan, came out and accurately diagnosed the problem. After a stucco repair was done, he promptly came back and replaced the affected Gutter Helmets. I am very pleased with his responsiveness and expertise.

when they came it was great. Winter last so long, they had push things back. But when they came, they got the work done. Only issue they did not have certify worker every day.

Dave G did a great job of installing; very prompt, professional, courteous and cleaned up the site well after install. Would definitely use them again in the future if needed.

I have used Gutter Helment before with an install on gutters located on back side of house.
They installed the gutter helmet on front of house.  Completed in 2 days.  After some hard rains, we realized they needed to revise the system because water was pouring off part of the roof.  the installed some diverters and solved the problem.  
Gutter helmet is expensive, but we really like the system.

They are good but they are expensive. They sent one person out to do the job. The scheduling was fine.

Explained clearly the difference between their product and four competitors .  Great so far but waiting for electrician to hook up power.

It went well.  They came when they said they would and got it done in one day.  The guy doing the estimate came when he said he would.  They cleaned things up and were pleasant to work with.

We had Gutter Helmet installed on our home several years ago and have been very happy with it.  This year we had to re-roof our house.  In order to maintain Gutter Helmet's lifetime warranty, their people have to remove the product and re-install after the roofing is done.  When I called to have that work done, they were extremely accommodating.  They took off the guards two days before the new roof was installed and came back the day after to put them back on.  All they asked was garage space to store the product while the roofing was done.  There is a charge for the work but it seemed reasonable.

Sales process was great.  Explained everything from quality to warranty to install.  Decided same day to purchase the gutter helmet system, was told that install was approx 4 weeks out, which was fine, and that we would be notified closer to install date.  Ended up calling 4 weeks after initial purchase to check on status, received a call back same day to schedule install later that week.  Felt as if they had forgotten or misplaced our install order.  Installer was awesome and explained a lot of the quality, care, and warranty info again, which was appreciated.  Overall would highly recommend, just could be better with communication.
