Both the carpeting and vinyl planking had very little waste when the install was completed. The carpet seams lay flat and are not noticeable at all. We did have an issue when the vinyl flooring was laid in our sunroom. The corner round was missing along the baseboard so new pieces had to be ordered. Violet went out of her way to be certain the new corner round matched our existing baseboard stain. When the sunroom was completed, it looked amazing, along with all the rooms with new carpeting. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Seestedt's for any flooring project

"Illi Hardwood Flooring just replaced all the flooring on my main level. I cannot recommend them enough. I’m so in love with my floor! The owner was quick (and reasonable) with his estimate. We got the estimate back from him within a few days of his initial visit to our home. He is definitely busy like all contractors are now, but we were able to get on the schedule about 2-2.5 months out, which isn’t bad at all. His estimate was based on replacement with the same wood species, but at the time he purchased the materials, an upgraded wood was available within our cost estimate. He contacted us to ask if we wanted to upgrade, rather than just pocketing the extra savings. Talk about building trust!! His crew was prompt every day, professional yet friendly, very meticulous with their work, and the owner was on site daily working right alongside them. There were no delays, the project was done within the time frame they gave us, and the finished floor is absolutely gorgeous!

This business had excellent team from start to finish: tear out of tub, build of walk in shower, plumber, tiler. Not only were they thorough but tidy as could be. "We hired Timberwolf in 2017 when we renovated the main level of our home. We had added a sunroom and wanted to add hardwood flooring to that addition plus some previously carpeted areas. Lance & Craig seamlessly tied in the new flooring to the existing & updated the stain color. The result was beautiful! In early 2020, the water line to our refrigerator burst and some of our floors were damaged. After the restoration company tore up some of the flooring and dried everything out there was no question in our minds that we would call Timberwolf. They just completed the work and you would never know the floors had been damaged. We highly recommend them!
