Varsity painters started in 1995 as the vision of two friends, Steve Melander and Joe Perry. Both originally from the Twin Cities, they have been in the painting business since 1987.

"They were incredible. Joe was a part of both jobs. He was either here or readily available at all times. The exterior crew was very efficient, and yet very meticulous. Unfortunately we have woodpecker damage. They filled these areas, and after painting you can't tell there was damage. On the interior painting, they estimated 5 days and were done in 3. They did a great job of clean-up. The painting job itself was absolutely perfect. I would hire Varsity again, in a heart beat."
