"We unfortunately didn’t have a good experience with Wow. We selected a matte sheen for our interior and they used velvet, didn’t repair nail pops, & used a long nap roller, leaving an orange peel texture on our previously smooth walls. We had some areas needing sanding which were not properly done. To be fair, when we raised concerns, they returned promptly & did a nice job fixing the exterior. They applied 1 coat of matte to the interior, again using long rather than short nap roller we requested. 1 coat didn’t fully cover the shine and orange peel remained. My husband preferred to attempt a fix ourselves rather than having them return again, so we told them it was better. We told them we applied a 2nd matte coat with a short nap roller to further reduce shine and smooth the walls. They did not acknowledge this or offer any rectification. We paid $2400 for our interior, applied 2nd coat ourselves, and are stuck either living with orange peel or paying another company to fix it."

It's a large home with a variety of surfaces - stucco, siding, extensive wood trim, and an iron fence. Tim's team was incredibly professional and hardworking. He had a team of 12 painters on site each day. Tim himself was on site supervising at all times. Having that many painters working at once allowed them to complete the project in 3 days. Most exterior painting jobs on house of this size take well over a week. Overall, they did a very good job at an very competitive price. This past summer I had my ceiling sprayed and was happy with the how it looked immediately. 6 months later I began to see some cracking in the paint, but was not completely concerned. A couple weeks later it began to start peeling off like a river birch. At this time I called and left Don a voicemail, and sent an email. Waited a week to follow up again, still nothing. After multiple emails and voicemails with photos of the issues, I have not received a response. I was not even that mad as things happen, but to disappear when your work is being questioned has me really disappointed.
