This is the second project we have had Paul help with. The first project was in 2012 and the last project was this summer in 2022. Both projects look absolutely great and are a testament to his quality work.

The team was great, worked hard and fast to get everything completed in a business day. Deck and Entryway went great. They dealt with surprises very effectively and ensured they were completed correctly.

Paul and his team were master craftsmen in expanding our deck and matching the new deck with the old deck. It was done on time, looks very professional, and came in at almost 50% lower than another bid. The deck expansion has enhanced our enjoyment of the backyard, and in addition, Paul and his team are very friendly. Mark F.

My experience with Paul's company was amazing! Paul met with me personally on 3 separate occasions to obtain specs for the project and determine my wants and needs. The project timeline for the work was able to be moved up. Paul's crew was prompt, efficient, professional and cleaned up at the end of each day. Complete tear down of the old deck, new footings poured and complete construction of the new deck was done in 2 days. I wish I could have this type of experience with every company I choose to hire.

Paul was very pleasant to work with and I felt confident that our remodeling project would go well. Kudos to Michael who did the majority of the work in the kitchen and did a precision job in a kitchen that was very far away from being square. He was also very personable and friendly. Very happy!

What an amazing deck! Paul and his team are top notch. The deck looks wonderful and is built like a tank. With everything these days there were some delays on material. Paul kept us in the loop the hole time. During the build they were amazing about keeping the area clean and picked up daily. I would recommend Paul and his team 10/10.

I received several estimates to change our deck from wood to lower maintenance composite decking. Although they were not the lowest bid I chose Klingbeil Construction as the owner, Paul, answered my questions and I felt he was knowledgeable about the product and process. He worked with me to decide on the best design and products and colors, pointing out pros and cons. He was in communication with me during the process, including some schedule delays due to material supply glitches. I felt comfortable approaching him and his crew with any questions or concerns I had. Once started the work went smoothly. They cleaned up each day. They hauled away the old decking so a large trash bin was not needed to sit in my driveway. The end result is a beautiful new deck that I have received many compliments on the product and the workmanship. I am looking forward to warm weather and using it again!

The project started on time and complete on time. Paul always responded quickly to our emails and texts. Owing to previous experiences, this was a big plus for us. He worked hard to get the supplies together at a time when there were shortages (2020). Michael is very knowledgeable, a good communicator and a hard worker. Overall, it was a great experience working with this contractor and we look forward to the next time.

Deck boards and railing replaced

This was the second large project we hired Paul Klingbeil to complete in our home and we couldn't be happier. Paul is someone you can trust to get the job done right. In 2019 we tore down our old deck and had a major landscaping facelift conducted on our back yard including a new patio off our basement walkout. We planned for the new patio to be installed in 2019 and for Paul to build the deck in 2020. Paul and team worked closely with our Landscaper to install the deck footings and plan for the deck stairs landing in 2019. Paul and team returned in April 2020 to install the new deck. They were very efficient in completing it and when I noticed one very small detail that didn't look right, Paul's team came out the very next day and fixed it. I highly recommend Klingbeil Construction.

Klingbeil is a fantastic company to work with. We had two decks needing a face-lift, one included an expansion. We decided to go with maintenance free decking and were very impressed with Paul's knowledge and advice. His team was on time, very friendly and clean. They picked up after themselves each day. Klingbeil Construction was highly recommended to us by a family member who completed a project with them a couple of years ago. Paul was very responsive to our inquiries before, during and after the project. He was very knowledgeable about the products/materials we were considering for the project and had suggestions for the design as well. The onsite project person, Michael, was also very cordial, knowledgeable and responsive. He took the initiative to correct issues that were not immediately apparent when the project started. Our project was to remove and replace front porch decking and rail and to replace a rotting corner post. The corner post was part of the support for the house roof. Once the project started, it was completed very efficiently, and communication was very good when changes to the schedule did come up. We are very, very happy with the completed project and have received complements from various people just walking by! We would definitely use Klingbeil Construction again and will be providing his information to friends and family as well.

They were able to start earlier than expected, worked well with inspectors, were friendly and extremely good at their craft. The finished product exceeded expectations. Paul and crew are GREAT!
