"We are contacting the home owner to see if there is anything we can do to resolve these issues. The gutter that was to be re-pitched was a very poorly installed existing gutter on the home. We did not originally install it. We did our best to work with what was there to correct the problem, but could only do so much. We did recommend a total replacement at the time of install on that gutter for proper function. We already have been out there to remove the mark on the gutters 5 days after they informed us of the problems."
