The crew arrived a little later than expected but that did not bother me. I had told them I’d be here all day. They went right to work setting up their ladders and. scaffolding.. the material seemed high quality The owner Tom recommended larger siding matched color downspouts and I am glad he did.The job is finished and looks great.

Everything went very well. The work was done withing 1 day of my call. He came when promised, attached the fallen trim, and charged me exactly as he had estimated.

Tom was very responsive and a conscientious contractor. He came out to the house within a couple of days to make an estimate. He was exactly on time. He climbed up a ladder to examine issues he would encounter while making the estimate, and he was knowledgeable on gutters. He made another appointment for us to select colors and then arrived with array of colors from which to choose. It was 3-4 weeks before he got to doing the job, but he had said they would continue on with doing gutters up until the end of the year. It took a couple of days (cold ones at that) and I was not here when work was performed, but they did clean everything up in the end. The price was in the middle of the bids that we received. All in all they did a good job and they would get my recommendation.

They were able to get out really fast and do the job without us being home.

It went great! On time and quality product. We were so happy to have new gutters before all of the rain started!

I cleaned the gutters to make sure that wasn't contributing to the problem so when the problem continued with the heavy rains I called Tom and left a message. He called later that evening and left a message. I returned his call the following morning and left another message. He left another message stating he would get back to me to let me know when he could come out. Four days went by (over a weekend) before ain't heard from him again. He left a message that he would be at my house at 9:00 the following morning. He showed up at 10:00. During this time I also contacted the other business partner. He was driving when I called so he said he would return my call within a half hour. I never heard from him again. The original experience I had with this company was outstanding. They were prompt, professional and their work was excellent. I truly appreciate Tom coming to recognize that I failed to clean a small downspout and hopefully rectifying my problem. He didn't charge anything for the 10-15 minutes he was here. However, I was frustrated with the communication issues and his tardiness in arriving an hour late when he finally came. It seems to me that improving this one area of his business would drastically improve customer satisfaction.

Tom had done minor gutter work for us before, so I called him back for this project.  He arrived when promised to provide an estimate, and we agreed that day to have his company do our project.  There was a slight delay in getting to our project due adverse weather affecting projects scheduled ahead of ours, and I had to call him for an updated start date.  We agreed on when he could provide the updated start date; he then called back as promised to set that date.
   His crew showed up on time, and completed the work in a very satisfactory manner.  They clearly know what they're doing.

We selected cce because we saw their work on another house in the neighborhood, and it looked very professional. You don't even see the gutters on the house, because they look like a decorative crown molding, and the gutters match the trimwork perfectly. Tom was very professional about everything, and he was quick to point out how they do things differently from other gutter contractors. He was meticulous about his work, and it showed. In addition, he returned phone calls promptly and wanted to make sure that we were completely satisfied with everything. He was very forthcoming with references to other homes in the neighborhood where he had installed gutters. To our surprise, he had installed gutters on dozens of homes close to ours. We particularly liked that he and his partner, who both own the company, do the jobs themselves. We cannot say enough about cce as a company. They are a rare find in the construction industry, where most companies overpromise and underdeliver.
