"Entire process went well.  Each and every time I communicated with Paramount, I got a quick and professional response.  They were able to answer questions regarding how to deal with my bar height overhang and creatively able to utilize invisible bracket supports to prevent the need for some type of external bracket or corbel support.
The price was competitive and the bid very detailed so I was able to make sure I was comparing apples to apples.  I especially appreciated the extra time and effort they put in to figure out how to eliminate two seams on the island countertops without an extra charge required.
Once we decided to go with Paramount, they directed me to a couple of granite wholesalers to choose the slabs, once the slabs were at Paramount, I stopped out to discuss the layout with them.   Bryan did the measuring, on a Monday and a week and a half later on a Wed. the countertops were installed.  Entire process less than two weeks.
Lisa's communication through the entire process was professional and always very timely.  
Installation went as planned with the install crew dealing with the invisible brackets with some creative problem solving.  Entire install took 4 hours for all 7 pieces.  Looks great and they look beautiful!  Would highly recommend to friends and family and would use them for future projects.

Initially we contacted him to replace some 65yr old windows, and he was the only contractor to bring to our attention that we had hail damage on the window wraps, siding, gutters, and roof. "Fabulous to work with and we love the end result!  Everyone we worked with was professional, prompt, personable, and very easy to work with.  Originally met Steve and Dani at the Home Improvement Show and then worked with Teresa, Scott, Alicia and Brian.  There were many others (plumber, heating, electric, drywall/ceiling, flooring and I'm sure I'm missing some in there) involved and again, all of them were great to work with and did excellent work.  There was no pressure to do anything we didn't want to do and Inspiration offered up suggestions along the way.  Brian was always there when he said he would be there, did fabulous work, kept us informed, and always left the place clean when he was done - thank you!  We were impressed with Inspiration from the start and our entire experience with them was great.  You may pay a little more to have the convenience of everything handled by one contractor and to have a designer work with you and the ability to pick out everything needed for the project in one place, but in our opinion it is WELL worth the investment and peace of mind that we got.  We spoke to other contractors who didn't have all of those items and frankly, didn't seem interested in us as the customer (like Inspiration did) - and we didn't want to end up with a horror story project gone wrong or delayed like you hear about.  We would gladly recommend Inspiration Design Center to others.  We have received many compliments on the "new" house and have told everyone who we used and that if they are thinking of remodeling, they should give them a call!
