They followed up promptly afterwards and set a time to come out for a quote. They answered all our questions and helped us envision what it could look like. During the planning phase of the project, Don Kilty listened carefully to our ideas regarding the patio design and offered extensive advice, ultimately developing a plan that met all of our expectations. He was quick to provide a quote, and the amount was more reasonable than the other landscapers. ?The job presented some unusual challenges - two large basement window wells consisting of thick concrete needed to be jack hammered and removed ?- that Kingscapes handled with a high degree of professionalism. The on-site project manager, Donnie Nelson, was exceptionally pleasant and communicative and also exhibited extraordinary dedication and attention to detail over the course of the job. ?He personally laid out the layers of the patio and placed each paver himself. ?He and his crew were there everyday, even working late some nights. ?They cleaned up well at the end of each day. ?We would gladly recommend Kingscapes to others for similar work.?"
