I can’t say enough about the level of professionalism, communication and quality of the work done by Debbie and her teams. We had at any point between one or two teams led by Alex working on our corner property project. They replaced a failing railroad tie retaining wall that covered three sides of our property, which reached 5’ in height in some areas. This required architectural considerations which Debbie handled perfectly. We looked at retaining wall bricks in person at a few different places, and also looked at stair replacements. We communicated with Debbie we wanted the wall even (so it doesn’t look wavy), as we’ve seen some uneven retaining walls walking around. They were paid a lot of attention to detail, and avoided it looking wavy, and made sure we had input all the way through the build. Additionally, they expanded our driveway to allow another car to park, fixed water creeping into my neighbors garage by fixing the grade and redirecting water away from property lines, and replaced our pitted stamped concrete path going up to our house with beautiful herringbone patterned bricks. Debbie also coordinated multiple contractors to manage in ground sprinkler modifications, ULV lighting additions, and replacing my old fence. They were very respectful of our property, and all the plants/gardens they worked around. Their work is top notch, and I would change nothing about my experience, it was exactly what we wanted. I’d use their services again without a doubt!

After getting overpriced bids and funny bookkeeping glitches I got in touch with Twin Cities Landscape. The minute Deb showed up and we began discussing the project of new front retaining wall and stairs I had a great feeling. We really understood each other and what to do. Deb was open to use other suppliers they typically didnt use to make sure my wife got color she wanted. Communication was great throughout as we made changes to the plan as we went. The price was very fair and what I expected. She was up front on potential things that could be additional costs once the digging started so no surprises. Once started her crew was the there every day on time and great to work with. It turned out fantastic and so many compliments from neighbors.A great experiene and I would recommend from beginning to end. Communication throughout was prompt and all questions addressed. I wanted to have a boulder garden built in our front yard and I had an idea of what it would look like but they exceeded my expectations! Debbie was wonderful to work with as we discussed what we wanted and how to get there within our budget. She made suggestions that made sense for our small Minneapolis backyard and built into the estimate ways to ensure the water would stay in the landscaping and away from our home. Beyond that, her crews were really incredible. They were respectful and kind and good to our dog that wanted to go out for pets all day long. They did excellent work and we are so grateful for them.

Twin City Landscape originally installed my paver patio about a decade ago. They were fantastic. Debbie listed to what I wanted and told me how they would do it (unlike some other companies, who tried to talk me into doing something easier). I love my patio. Last year, I decided to finally fix a retaining wall, and do a small extension of my patio, so I contacted Twin City Landscape again. Once again, they did fantastic work. Debbie and her crew did an awesome job with my paver patio, walkway, privacy panels and new plantings! Everything about my project was top notch and it turned exactly how I envisioned it. I would highly recommend them. The crew not only excels in execution and working hard, but they were also easy going folk and nice to talk with. They kept a clean worksite everyday too. The communication through out the project was excellent as well, my emails were responded to very quickly which I greatly appreciated. I also felt their pricing was extremely fair and reasonable. My project was completed in the fall so I'm looking forward to spending a lot of time on my patio and watching my new shrubs and flowers come to life this spring and summer!

I wish every contractor worked with the same high level of professionalism, quality, communication and thoroughness as Debbie Petschl the owner of Twin City Landscape. We hired them in 2020 to remove a concrete slab and surrounding river rock, grade and install a new paver patio at our home. Debbie was personally involved from beginning to end. Her bid was clear, detailed and reasonable. The entire team was knowledgeable, polite and responsive during the week long project which was completed right on time. The final product was beautiful and the cleanup excellent. They reseeded the lawn surrounding the new patio and within a month it looked better than when they started! Working with the Twin City Landscape crew was a great experience and I highly recommend them.

Debbie and her crew were exceptional in communication, quality and timeliness of their work. From the early stages of design, Debbie was extremely receptive to our suggestions and creative in ways to limit costs while maximizing the finished product. Unlike other contractors we reached out to, she was responsive and also never made us feel like our project was too small or insignificant. The work was done on schedule and quickly. When one minor issue arose several weeks after completion, Debbie was quick to respond and remedy the issue. We would definitely consider Twin City Landscape for any future projects and highly recommend!
