"For a while, I was really always it seems that anytime I needed something, I couldn't get it timely. The first they would ask, for instance, when my air conditioning went out I had them and it's well have you maintained it. The application being that if you couldn't produce maintenance records they weren't going to do it. So on air conditioner was unhappy. They shocked me . I had a recent leak inside the loft. They sent somebody out here. They really did a good job on it. They were timely. A leak within the draining system inside the wall, I was getting water damage down the wall. They sent a plumber out. He opened up the wall and replaced the piping in there and then patched the wall back up. They don't do finish work on their patch up but hey do the patch. He was a pretty sharp young man. He was responsive. He came and he needed some things. he went and got them. He came right back. That was one that I was wondering if they were even going to do caus they'd been going on for a while. It was a drainage pipe in the wall. It was a manufacturing defect that had probably leaked from some early years of the home and got progressively worse until I could hear it. Actually when I would turn on the water on a certain faucet I could hear it drip down onto a fireplace. That's how I knew what it was. They don't do the finish. You do the finish. They do the patch. The only reason I kept them was because they showed me a different face with that repair. Before it seemed like everything you wanted they had a reason not to do it."

They were very hard-working, professional, efficient and definitely very detail oriented and work was completed timely. They also kept us updated on the installation. They are very knowledgeable and pointed out pros and cons which other contractors did not do. At the same time they were respectful and pleasant, letting us make up our own minds. Because of experience in related fields, they were able to share knowledge we probably would not have otherwise received.
First they completed measurements to ensure the grading was correct so everything in the end would be level. Yes, the bricks are extremely level and graded so the water runs away from the house. This involved laying down the foundation. Attention to detail was displayed when Tom and his worker arranged the different colored pavers into an attractive pattern and laid the pavers for a tight fit. They also took the extra time to ensure the pavers were cut in such a way there was both a tight fit and attractive look when installing around the piers. Not only does Tom do phenomenal work but his worker does too! They went above and beyond when Tom rerouted our existing irrigation for the sprinkler system to accommodate the pavers. Excellent job on clean-up too.
They are definitely concerned about and use quality material and used superior weed cloth barrier, extra long spikes, edging and such materials. Their bid was competitive and we felt fortunate to have had such a qualified company do our job.
