"I could not be more satisfied with my experience using Goodbye Trees. They removed five large trees from my property, several of which posed significant risks due to their proximity to structures. From start to finish, the operation was handled with an exceptional level of professionalism. Their estimate was accurate and transparent, and they were even able to schedule the work earlier than initially expected. For the most challenging removals, they used a Merlo Roto (a very expensive piece of hardware), which allowed them to safely dismantle the trees piece by piece without risking damage to my home, garage, propane tank, or surrounding property. Watching the level of control and precision they maintained was genuinely impressive. Equally important, the crew was efficient, well-coordinated, and clearly experienced. Once the trees were removed, they did a thorough cleanup, removing all debris, and even replanted grass where the yard was disturbed. Highly recommended."

Requested the customer to provide towels or something to cover the bottom of old water heater, mentioning the carpet will be dirty without it. 2. Had difficuties to ignite the starter/new water heater. Broke a gas nozzle part of the ignite by drilling. Even broken, put the part into the water heater. Somehow, the starter worked. 3. Paid $1,000 for installation of water heater. Requested the receipt but they said it will be avaiable after 3 weeks (will be updated). 4. Broken part will be replaced by other service provider,"
