"Innovative, basement authority was referred to us. JP came to our home and did the free inspection. He was very thoughtful and professional. He provided us with a quote for installing of inside drain system , new sump pump and air filtration system. We were pleased with the description and details of the products suggested. We accepted the bid and a month later the team came to our home. Within two days we had the new system installed. Everyone was great. Very attentive to our needs and desires. "Rich came to give us a quote the same day we called. He told us what items could be cleaned and saved and what had to be disposed of. He took the time and explained everything thoroughly. The next morning his crew came on time and got right to work. Rich and the guys did a great job cleaning our basement. You would never know their was ever sewage in our basement. "I initially had a poor interaction with Mike that did not result in solving the above plumbing problem above. However, he has since connected with me and resolved the issue fairly. He did an excellent job the first time I hired him (successfully unclogging a tub drain). Even though the second time we hired him was not successful (and we had to hire a second plumber to resolve the problem) we will use him in the future because he reached out to resolve our concerns in a professional manner.

"Very professional, honest and upfront from the start. We received 3 estimates and this was the best price, most knowledgeable inspector/salesman and the communication was amazing. I was very comfortable from the beginning to the end! The also came very highly recommended by my realtor and home inspector! The driveway and sidewalk were leveled to their original position perfectly. The basement wall I was worried about was anchored and the drain tile and sump pump system were installed with radon mitigation and done in less than 2 days! Everything was cleaned well and the job leader stayed in touch with me to ensure i knew what was going on and was happy with everything. Very highly recommend this company!"
