45 Owner came out reviewed my backup conditions. Quickly reviewed my drain layout and decided where to snake my drain. It was discovered I had a drain root. He quickly snaked the drain and suggested a preventative additive to prevent the roots from growing back. Solution still works.

"They removed 2 bushes that were up on a berm in our yard; one was just woody remains of a dead bush, and the other was an ugly thinning bush. The crew dug them out, and replaced the mulch for one, and the decorative stones for the other. They also cleaned up the holes, so you never knew they were even there. Work was done quickly and clean-up was perfect."
