"We were really happy with the work! Richard came out for an estimate, took samples our our popcorn ceilings, and gave me a ton of information and recommended sealing our pipe insulation with a mastic-type thing to keep it from degrading more. The man who came to do the work (Tony?) did a great job, was super nice, and worked a long day in our unpleasantly-lit basement to get it done! Also the woman who answers the phone is so nice and keeps you up to date on everything. Super happy with the work. Our popcorn ceilings are happily asbestos-free so hopefully we will not need to do any more remediation work, but if we do we would call them back in a heartbeat."
