"Awful. This company has good reviews but was absolutely awful for me. Called because of a water leak which is supposed to be one of their specialties. They had me hire a separate inspector/specialist to evaluate the home exterior. They then tore a hole in our kitchen ceiling looking for the water leak. When they had difficulty identifying the origin of the leak they simply abandoned the project with a hole in the middle of our kitchen ceiling. Finding water leaks is difficult and I don't blame for having difficulty locating the leak but abandoning the project with a gaping hole in our kitchen is really extraordinarily bad service."

He took the time to explain to me all of the options. Then, presented a quote quickly with potential upgrades that I could do, but didn’t have to if my budget didn’t allow. He did not pressure my decision in any way. I asked a series of follow up questions via a couple emails, and bjorn took the time to respond to each one. After meeting with 4 more companies, I decided to move forward with his quote based on price, quality of work/product, and my trust in him based on our conversations. A few weeks later, a crew from Northway arrived to remove my existing shingles, remove/install a new skylight, and lay new shingles to my 2k+ sq ft roof. Before they started to remove the shingles they made sure the area around my house was properly tarped off and there was no property around the house that would be damaged during the work. During the replacement I was contacted with questions/issues that arose so I was able to provide feedback. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience, and the level of work performed by Northway. I recommend them to anyone who asks for roofing help, and look forward to hiring them again (if needed) in the future."
