"For a number of of years we deferred replacing the vinyl siding on our house that was poorly installed and had deteriorated horribly, but after our son and daughter-in-law had their home beautifully redone with Hardiboard siding installed by Craftsmen Home Improvements we knew it was our time. Based on my son’s experience and recommendation, we opted for CHI to install James Hardie siding and soffits and couldn’t be more satisfied with that decision. The work crew (Ray and Luis Nava) were fantastic in all ways; communication, skill and workmanship. They worked tirelessly and efficiently(even in some harsh winter temperatures) and always informed me of issues they encountered with our somewhat “wonky” house 😏 that they addressed with proper solutions. "The team at United Wall has done another great job for us. This job was even more complicated than our last one because it was for our entire staircase wall, which is both high, curved near the top, and also on stairs. Also, this was probably 15-20 ft long of cracked wall and 7 ft high of cracks. This is excluding the big crack on the other side of the stairs that was also in this project. Same with part of our ceiling. They showed up exactly on time, completed the job on time, and did an incredible job protecting our stairs, preventing dust to other areas, and then cleaning up. They also did a great job protecting the entrance cabinets, walls, and windows. We used them about a year ago and were excited to hire them again for this project. The quality of that work has held up under tremendous load that we’ve put on some of those areas from another construction project that requires bracing that area of the house inside and out. Call them and feel free to call elsewhere, but hire this team if you want quality work done right. I am cross-posting this on the BBB and Google Reviews too."

"Sandau Construction recently completed a window replacement project at my home. They were one of five contractors that I had out to evaluate my project and bid the job. The sales presentation was low pressure, comfortable and offered adequate time for question and answer. The company’s subsequent follow-up to the various questions and issues that I had was prompt, direct and informative. They never tried to “sell” me anything and focused solely on my desires and priorities. Their overall project pricing was competitive overall, versus the other contractors who visited. Pricing was clear and upfront and included no promotional games or gimmicks. With any major home improvement, one doesn’t want to overpay just to ensure quality. The Sandau Price to Quality dynamic was right where it needed to be. Given the high home improvement demand that has been experienced during the pandemic, along with supply chain issues, there was a very lengthy delay from the project down payment to the actual commencement of the job. Once underway, the project installation proceeded quickly. Installers were skilled, agreeable and proceeded in an efficient manner. The final results exceeded expectations. As window replacement is a major investment and expense for any homeowner, getting that all important comfort level from the contractor you’ve chosen is critical. I felt good with my initial selection and was also rewarded at the project’s conclusion. "Timberland Outdoor Services deserves an A++ rating! Shasta, Carl, Dom, and their team are the best in the business. After building a new house last year, we decided to work with Timberland on the landscaping since we wanted a water feature and more specialty items than the standard package from the builder. Design: Perfect for the space and met all of our requests. Work quality: high, patio was meticulously done, fabric under all landscaping near the house, great thought and planning as to water drainage to protect the house, very knowledgeable team. Reliability: project started on time, affected by weather a little, but to be expected. Honesty: Project came in on budget without hidden extras. During planning, Shasta helped us weigh options to manage budget and still achieve desired result. Price/value: we are thrilled with the result and compared to other quotes we received and friends' patio projects, we feel like it was a good value. Cleanliness: the team was always very tidy. They cleaned up after each day's work and were always respectful of the neighbors."

"Once again, Colorstyle has provided my family with great quality work at an exceptional price. I first used them about 10 years ago to paint the exterior of my home. It turned out so well that they ended up doing several other houses on my block and the next block up because all my neighbors wanted to know who painted our home. Most recently, I used them to paint some interior rooms, tile, and complete a basement finishing project in a house I was selling, and a complete interior paint job on our new house. They provided excellent advice on economical but effective improvements for selling the house. They just finished removing all the wallpaper and painting the entire interior of our new house to include trim and ceilings and it looks great. They were accommodating of changes we made during the project and quite a bit of missing or damaged trim. They also repaired a damaged ceiling. They were the lowest bid of three we received, and the work was very good. I always recommend them to our friends."

"We hired Jake Servais and his company on 11/26/18 to do snow removal for the season for $500. The first time the weather required snow removal they never showed up, and then called to say they were having mechanical issues and would it be ok if they didn't come (only about 2" of snow so I said ok). They did come 1x and remove some snow in late December. Then, on Monday (1/28), we got significant snowfall while we were out of town. I was assured via text from Jake they would be on it, as we had grandparents watching our kids. We had NO SERVICE. And then I went searching to see if we had been victim of fraud by this company. I found Jake Servais facebook page where he lists in early January the sale of all his snow equipment. I have no idea what is going on, but have made multiple attempts by email, phone and facebook messenger to connect and have got NO RESPONSE. I am looking into calling the police and want a refund of our $500."
