We hired Jake Servais and his company on 11/26/18 to do snow removal for the season for $500. The first time the weather required snow removal they never showed up, and then called to say they were having mechanical issues and would it be ok if they didn't come (only about 2" of snow so I said ok). They did come 1x and remove some snow in late December. Then, on Monday (1/28), we got significant snowfall while we were out of town. I was assured via text from Jake they would be on it, as we had grandparents watching our kids. We had NO SERVICE. And then I went searching to see if we had been victim of fraud by this company. I found Jake Servais facebook page where he lists in early January the sale of all his snow equipment. I have no idea what is going on, but have made multiple attempts by email, phone and facebook messenger to connect and have got NO RESPONSE. I am looking into calling the police and want a refund of our $500.

Very pleased with the results.

He arrived on time with a 3 man crew, and had the tree down in 20 min. with no problems and the tree cut up in 16-24" lengths in another 20 min. They cut the stump down to within 1/4" of the ground so it is barely visible and picked up and removed all the little twigs from the grass. The only issue was that they forgot their rakes so they had to borrow mine (not a big deal). I am very satisfied with the result and the overall experience. I have not contacted the stump grinder yet.

There was a misunderstanding and the worker came and started pulling weeds, and I thought they were going to bring a weed cutter. But overall, they get straight A's across the board from me because they didn't even charge me for the misunderstanding and I thought that was pretty nice of them.

Mulch once received was good. Opportunities were it took 3 weeks to receive delivery with no communication from vendor. I left messages and emails but no response until getting AL involved. Looks good now though

Delivery of the mulch was super quick once scheduled and was unloaded exactly where we asked. We went with 3 yards of red cedar mulch and it's gorgeous.

It turned out well. Very good. We ended up paying, really it's $250.

Punctual with 5 yards of very clean, consistent fine screened hardwood mulch. Over mulched a 60' x 15' area evenly and three other areas around the yard and home. Spread everything evenly cleaned any droppings. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great value with very good service and results.

It went very well, they were very patient in laying out the trees. Very thoughtful and patient in when they decided where the trees went.

Did a great job.  Would use them again.

I hired this company to hang xmas lights on all of the high peaks of our house.  when they arrived, they said our peaks were too high and they couldn't reach them.  I also thought I was getting three hours of service but when they showed up they said that I was getting man hours and they brought three men total so that was all we got.  overall, the men were very nice and polite.  they just couldn't do what I wanted them to do and everything I did want was going to cost more money.  I would recommend that they are clear as to how high their ladders could reach (including if it's icy or not), and what three hours versus what three man hours means to them.  nice guys though.
