Unlike a lot of the other potential plumbers, he was able to create a small access panel on the side of the wall within the washer/dryer closet, which faces the washing machine. The access area was then covered with a professional-looking access panel (most of the other providers wanted to cut a hole in the wall on the back side of the washer/dryer closet, which would have created a large mess and drywall-patch installation expense).

I have a home on Blue lake near Zimmerman. The plumber troubleshot our pump and decided the cause was most likely a
solenoid. He did not have one with him and told me he could go to Princeton and return if "Marv's had the part". I feared it would be the last I would see of him! It was about 7pm and I'm sure he had already had a long, full day. We couldn't be more impressed with North Central Plumbing and Mr. Todd Hoag!
As a first time customer, I contacted North Central Plumbing to request advice on purchasing a new dishwasher. I received a speedy response and an installation quote, ordered the new dishwasher, Todd installed it, and we love it! This is our 3rd dishwasher in 17 years, and we finally have one we love thanks to North Central Plumbing!
After receiving such excellent service, I contacted North Central Plumbing for advice on purchasing new toilets. Again, I received excellent feedback and advice on products that would best suit our needs along with a quote for purchasing and installing the toilets. We ordered 2 new toilets. While waiting for the toilets to come in, I inquired about the best kitchen and bathroom faucets. Yet again, I received prompt and excellent advice on which faucets would best fit our needs and an installation cost estimate. For every inquiry, North Central Plumbing recommended products of excellent quality at affordable prices.
Mr. Hoag returned to our home to install the new toilets and kitchen and bathroom faucets. He arrived on time for the appointment, his worked efficiently, his work was well done, he cleaned our disgusting drains - even though I didn't ask him to, his work areas were immaculate when the jobs were complete, and the cost of his work came in exactly the same as the estimates.
Since I had such an extraordinary experience with North Central Plumbing, I decided to ask Todd about a problem that has plagued us for many years. I had a suspicion that there was a pipe leaking in the basement but the leak was not visible and there was no evidence of a leak. In the past, I had asked 3 different plumbers and 2 different handymen to see if they could find a leak. They all said there was no leak. Todd took my concern seriously and searched the pipes in the area I indicated. Using his experience and expertise, Todd found the very obscure leak and determined it had existed for many years! The leak was very hard to find, because it was on the side of a pipe facing the outside of the house. He determined a nail probably nicked the pipe during construction of the home, and the nick slowly grew over time. Todd cleaned out the wet insulation, replaced the section of pipe, cleaned the whole very hard-to-reach area, and set up a fan to dry it out. Because of Todd, the area is now dry, and there is no mold or other problems.
We are absolutely thrilled with the work we've had done by North Central Plumbing. We will never call anyone else and look forward to their help finishing our 3rd bathroom!
