I have an older softener that has worked like a charm, for may years, but started to back-up water into the brine tank. Given the age of the equipment, I feared that instead of an attempt being made to fix the problem, I would immediately be told it was no longer serviceable and be subject to a sales pitch and dolling out significant dollars for a new one. To my delight, Brady diagnosed and fixed the problem for a relatively minor trip expense. Also, with the age of the softener, he took the time to educate me on symptoms to watch for that could indicate the time is at hand to replace the unit. It is so refreshing in this day and age to experience service from a business that truly has it's customers interest at heart. When the time comes that I do need a new softner, Northland gets the call!

The water softener installation went well. Brad answered all our questions and we got excellent service from him. He did perform diagnosis of hard water and we went with his recommendations. This company is definitely recommended for professional work and service provided.

The job was completed in about 2 hours and was done well. After the installation was complete Brady explained the controls on the softener very clearly. Brady also explained how the softener and brine tank work. He was professional, punctual, pleasant, and respectful of our property. I highly recommend Brady and Northland Water. Went well. Brady was able to come out quickly and get a new water softener in for us, which seems to have resolved our initial water pressure issue that was diagnosed by a different plumber. At my request, he also re-routed the kitchen's cold water to go through the softener.

I have nothing but positive feedback concerning my experiences with Northland and with Brady. I needed a new water softener and Brady was patient in answering a number of questions I had. He was able to install the water softener within 2 days of my calling him and again was patient in staying until I understood the controls. I have only had this for one day so it is hard to comment on the performance of the equipment but after dealing with this company, I am expecting that things will go well from here.

Brady was responsive, professional, courteous, respectful, timely. He returned our phone call immediately and addressed our questions and concerns. We set a date/time for delivery and installation of the water softener. He gave us an exact time, that worked for both us, and he was here promptly at that time. He also cleaned up the work area afterwards and no debris was left behind.

The salt tank was filled with water; cleaning the resin and recharging the softener fixed it. Brady cautioned me that the resin may be near the end of its life. At my request he quoted me the cost of installing a new softener. Brady was very courteous and professional.
