"We were thoroughly impressed with Randy's approach to providing us with a bid. He arrived with a complete package/brochure which included a letter of introduction and an unsolicited list of references of work completed within our local area. Randy was very patient with us in trying to decide whether to use cedar or pressurized wood to support the deck as well as our seasonal porch. On the first day of work, a three man crew arrived with Brandon as the lead team member. The crew was very professional, knowledgeable, and quiet as they worked for the next five days. They were extremely tidy in cleaning up during and after the work product was installed. We would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others. A job very WELL DONE!"

"I would highly recommend Ben and his co-worker. We hired them to remove and rebuild two custom louvered sun awnings on our midcentury modern house, and they turned out excellent. Ben was prompt, completed the work on time and at a very reasonable rate. Working with him was a better experience than any contractor I’ve worked with so far! Will hire him for future projects."

"Joel and crew did a fantastic job replacing our deck we had them do a total replacement from the ground up with composite decking and aluminium railings. We are so pleased with the outcome! We will recommend him to anyone."

"EXCELLENT! They did great job. Friendly. Careful measuring, complete cleanup after finishing. Great experience!"

"I would highly recommend Iron & Oak for home renovation projects. We moved into our home in June, and the basement was roughed-in for a wet bar. From the sales and design process to final product, Iron & Oak is committed to quality and attention to detail. Peter from sales was so helpful - one of the reasons we chose Iron & Oak is because their estimates are so detailed and broken out by line item, so we could really customize our project. Alex and the construction team were wonderful - we are so thrilled with how the final wet bar turned out (especially the custom wine cabinet!). We can’t wait to host friends and family. We would highly recommend Iron & Oak for home renovations and look forward to working with them on future projects, such as updating bathrooms. I would also recommend checking out their Instagram, @ironoakmn, because Jake does a great job showcasing all of the cool projects they do. Thank you so much!!!"

"We needed railings installed in several stairwells. fiNest Home Services was one of 3 we had out for an estimate. They asked lots of questions to better understand what we needed and the quote was back in just a couple of days. Their price was very reasonable so we went with them. Communication both before and after the work was done was excellent. The work was done in one day and done very well. We're very pleased with them and the work and would certainly hire them again for other projects."

"Project went well and quickly done."

"We had our kitchen cabinets and walls painted by Conrad & Stefanie, and the finished product was AMAZING! They did a wonderful job from start to finish! Both of them were very informative and thorough with explaining the process, products, and (step by step) updates with our project. Their setup (plastic dome), preparation, and clean up were remarkable. It takes talent to make a plastic fort like that- and contain all that dust/fumes. They showed up everyday promptly at 8:00am and had our project completed right on schedule. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and family!"

"price is better other places magnets do not work keeping panels connected"

"We've hired Sauser for multiple projects to clean up the back yard, side of house, front yard, and put in some hedges. It can sometimes take a long time for them to fit you into the schedule, but when they do, it's worth the wait. Mr. Ruiz's team works fast and produces quality work. He takes concerns seriously, and doesn't mind adding extras in, for a fee of course! We've gotten many compliments on how our yard looks now from people walking by in our neighborhood while I've been out watering. My only recommendation is to contact them early in the year as they get booked up pretty fast!"
