Very nice customer service. Quick to give a detailed quote for our project. Scheduled services to start within 1 1/2 weeks of contacting and completed the entire project within 4 days. The finished product, a new replacement brick fireplace chimney, from the roofline up - looks fantastic. They do nice work, I would recommend them to everyone looking for Chimney Repairs.

Alex and the crew were very timely and hard working. They finished the project ahead of schedule and after the clean-up you could not tell they were there. Both Carlos and Alex communicated wonderfully before, during and after the work project. The results are fantastic!

Within an hour of scheduling an appointment, I messaged requesting a different appointment date. They never responded. Two days later, on the original appointment date, I messaged to say since they had not responded to my change request, I was planning for the original appointment. I had rearranged my work schedule to accommodate this. They responded that my appointment had already been moved to the new date and were no longer available. So I rearranged a second day with work. They never showed up or called and have been unresponsive to texts and calls. It has been a week since the second appointment time and still no word.

The whole staff was knowledgeable, courteous, hard working and wonderful to work with from a routine chimney cleaning to a full replacement of our chimney liner. We would recommend them to any one who needs work on their chimney!

We only wanted our oil flue cleaned. Several companies declined to even consider, except Gael! Alex came out and went right to the top of our extremely high A Frame, brought down pictures of a badly damaged chimney cap. Last year we had our roof replaced and no one told us about the chimney top damage! Alex and team arrived at noon one day, removed replaced and worked till 8pm to finish! But a bat got in and they returned and added mesh wire to the caps (at my request) great customer service. I communicated with Carlos frequently and he was patient (when I was frantic about bat) and super accommodating! I would recommend giving Gael a call FIRST, forget the rest!

Replaced cracked crown, flues, and cracked bricks and mortar on top of chimney and tuck pointing on front my house. With my chimney they discovered more damage than originally thought and fixed that without charging more. They showed up on time and on schedule, reasonably priced, and great communication throughout the project. Will be using them again in the future.

I hired this company to sweep the chimney and do an inspection on it. The person that came out was very nice, however I don't know what kind of job he did. He told us he was going to submit the paper to the office and they would show us pictures and let us know if anything needed to be done. Then you folks ask us to review their work. We received no e-mail or paper telling us the results for having the work done. I called the company and a man answered and told me he would have someone e-mail the information today. He also said he would call back at 5:00pm to see if I had received it. I did not receive th e-mail, nor the phone call. I will not work w/people that LIE to me!

We hired Gael Chimney to inspect and potentially provide some solutions for 2 fireplaces in our home that did not pass level 2 inspection. They provided estimates that were very complete and broken down into categories that were understandable.Their estimates were not only more complete than those we received from others, but they were also considerably lower in cost. When it came to having the work done, they were prompt, worked very hard, and were very excellent at cleaning up. They were creative with solutions and willing to some some features along the way that improved the value for us. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend this company!

My only criticism is they didn't show up when they said they would, but the quality of work when they arrived was excellent!

I asked him to repair the flashing which came loose from the roof. He fixed it but never quoted us. He pounded 3 nails in it and charged me $150.00. Almost as much as it cost to clean the chimney. I thought that was excessive. But, the cleaning of the chimney was great.

One employee was in our home for one hour. He said he would send the photos of the inspected fireplace to his boss, who would contact me. The second employee, who was in his vehicle, gave me the invoice. He told me not to use the fireplace (creosote) liner. I felt there was a language issue. His boss would call me in a few days. Two weeks have past and still no phone call.

The two employees were very clean cautious putting down drop cloths and were so pleasant. We were so happy with the job they did and will hire them again!

Called to say they were on their way 1/2 hour after the appointment time and showed up 1/2 after that.

I had to call them more than once to ask them when they were going to come and do the work as they did not come when they initially said they would. When I would call him, he would say he would call me back at a time and then would not call. His associate showed up at least 35 minutes late to do the work. They charged me more than I thought was appropriate and then because I was in a pinch, I paid them but they would not accept a credit card. They said they sent me a notice that this would be required but I have not record of receiving it,. He said he would send me a receipt and I never received one. I need it for my insurance. I would not recommend them unless they at least send a receipt.

They did what they said they were going to do at every step of the project, from the time they showed up to do the initial estimate to the time they did the final cleanup.
