I was then charged a ridiculous $830. I feel I was way overcharged and am not happy with this. I do not recommend Dean's Home Services."

The electrician spent about 45 minutes on the initial assessment, then replaced some wiring and breakers. The problem reoccurred before the second visit, which I reported by phone, but he was unaware of it when he arrived. He did minimal follow-up, blamed CFL bulbs, and later suggested the issue might be with outlet or switch connections—something I believe should have been checked from the start. The issue has since returned again, and after three follow-up calls in three days, I’ve received no response. On the positive side, the crew was professional, worked in a difficult attic space, and cleaned up well. Still, I expected better troubleshooting, communication, and post-service support for what I paid."
