"Initially the drain was plugged. Need to pressurize the heater to get flow. The contractor was on time. Very neat. Even used booties. Removal and install went smoothly. He needed to modify exhaust to remedy the difference in size."

"I had a wet basement that had been a problem in my home for years before purchase of my home. The placement of a Sump pump and floor drain tile appears to stop wet foundation walls and floor. The basement now has potential to be nice area of use and living for years ahead. The service is a expensive purchase for homeowner but it is a needed purchase for my home. The finishing job leaves the need with more work if your basement floor was rough from the years of water damage. They did stop any future water damage for my home and it is safe to spend more for more fine finishing. They completed what was contracted."
