"Communication was poor from the start.  It almost seemed like we were more of a nuisance to them given that we prepaid for a deal that was offered online.  
The majority of the plants looked very poor and weak at the time that they were planted, and I have already resigned myself to the fact that we will have to replace at least 6 of the shrubs next spring.  We raised concerns to Dakota and we were told to water them heavily and that they will be fine.  We have treated these in the same way that we have all other newly landscaped areas of our property, and this is the only area that appears to be destined to be replaced.
