"I called Northern first since they repaired a faucet conneciton for me last year. I received quaotes for three brands. A lter called gave me the model numbers so I could research them. I called another plumber for a quote to check prices. The prices matched for the same models. Since Northern did an excellent job previously, I engaged them. They showed up just at the end of the window they told me. Performed the replacement and clean-up in an hour. Very good work."

"Eleksey was great! He knew my plan was to redo the bathroom in a few years so he gave me options from simply regrouting to redoing the entire shower and explained the pros and cons with each option. He was flexible with scheduling and easy to work with. He did a great job and I will use him again when I am at the point to remodel the entire bathroom.
