"Our backyard patio and small front stoop landing area needed replacement due to concrete sinking towards the foundation and front landing sinking lower than driveway. We received the most competitive and reasonable quote from Empire Masonry and Concrete, LLC, and Jason the owner, was direct and easy to work with! Day of project: Josh (main contact at worksite) and the crew at Empire Masonry and Contrete were on time, and ready to get things done. We have a vegetable garden next to the patio and steps to the deck on the other side. Space was tight for skid loader to maneuver yet it didn't bother Josh, we appreciate his care and patience driving back and forth in that limited space. :) From start to finish, we see a hardworking crew who knows their work! "Randy Gardner responded immediately to my request for a visit and estimate. He looked inside and outside, and told me I did not need to go to the expense of the drain tile and waterproofing. He said the house (build in 1917) had settled, and that the sidewalk along the side of the house was sinking toward the house, resulting in the water in the basement. He recommended removing the existing sidewalk, and laying new concrete with the proper slope away from the house. Although it was not a cheap fix, it was half of what I feared it would cost.
