My only complaint was that I'm experiencing some heaving on the paved walkway. It started about 6 months after the install, but I have not yet contacted Better Yards to see about a repair. I'm sure they will be able to help me, since they were so nice during the install. If you hire these folks, you will NOT be disappointed."

I was having major water issues in my basement due to the existing patio area sinking three inches from our harsh winter and spring flooding. Since he completed the project, we've had a storm with large rainfall totals...the new patio did exactly what he said it would...the water ran away from the house and drained to one central area into a garden! Not only does it keep water away from the house, the entire area is beautiful! Travis also went out of his way to make little tweaks to make it look more "finished." He even suggested some options for reusing the water. I would have accepted Chris' proposal but I found someone who installed permeable driveways using recycled material which is what I initially wanted and was having a hard time finding.
