"I'm very impressed with KeyPrime. Our contact there was William Shvets. He was very knowledgeable about the process, the materials, about cost. The price quoted was the price paid...no hidden costs. As for punctuality, you could set a clock by William's punctuality. His crew was amazing. Some of the most efficient and hard working people. I watched them work and if you appreciate good craftsmanship...you'd appreciate them. The cleanup was another amazing part of the process. At the end of the project, I walked the grounds and found 1 roofing nail tucked away under a boulder. That speaks to their meticulous work ethic. One last but very important reason I hired William and KeyPrime, they were the third company in the bidding process. The first was the lowest bid, the second the highest. The first didn't find or didn't mention some important areas that needed attention. The second did tell me about a couple of things that I'd the first company missed. William, on the other hand was so much more thorough and found and addressed even more. But it wasn't just finding things....he took the time to show them to me and explain the importance of addressing them. Ergo...a detailed estimate that was the actual cost. One area that no one could foresee in roofing is the condition of the plywood sheets under the shingles. They found nothing that had to be replaced. Am I happy with KeyPrime...you betcha! Would I use them again for other remodeling projects...you betcha! If Angie's List had an A++ rating that's what I'd give KeyPrime. I'm a very effusive person, absolutely no connection with KeyPrime other than being a very satisfied client."

"I cleaned the gutters to make sure that wasn't contributing to the problem so when the problem continued with the heavy rains I called Tom and left a message. He called later that evening and left a message. I returned his call the following morning and left another message. He left another message stating he would get back to me to let me know when he could come out. Four days went by (over a weekend) before ain't heard from him again. He left a message that he would be at my house at 9:00 the following morning. He showed up at 10:00. During this time I also contacted the other business partner. He was driving when I called so he said he would return my call within a half hour. I never heard from him again. The original experience I had with this company was outstanding. They were prompt, professional and their work was excellent. I truly appreciate Tom coming to recognize that I failed to clean a small downspout and hopefully rectifying my problem. He didn't charge anything for the 10-15 minutes he was here. However, I was frustrated with the communication issues and his tardiness in arriving an hour late when he finally came. It seems to me that improving this one area of his business would drastically improve customer satisfaction.
