Mario was tasked with a challenging abatement project in our basement, and he worked efficiently, thoroughly, and independently to get it done in a short time period!! We had no idea how involved the abatement process was, but fully trusted the work that Mario did to get our old house move-in ready. Would recommend his work 10/10!!

Amazing work ethic - true professionals. Mario done multiple projects for us over the years - both asbestos removal and light demolition. Every time he has been diligent with ensuring there is not any contamination and making sure everything is clean at the end. Mario and his son did a professional, flawless job - A+++! This job required 3 days. Work was planned perfectly and project goals communicated and accomplished as planned. The first day was setting up the required clean spaces and partitions for the asbestos abatement (Note: carpet runners were placed to protect our sidewalks). The asbestos wrap was removed on day two in a super clean process to reveal "like new" furnace plumbing pipes. Finally, the paneling in the large room was removed in a super clean process to reveal the concrete walls so that corrective action can be performed by a concrete specialist. We are amazed at how cleanly this highly technical asbestos removal and panel demolition was performed! Many thanks to Mario and his son for their professionalism and hard work!

I was having my water heater replaced and the flue had to be removed. Mario and his assistant arrived on time, worked with and around the plumber and was able to remove the flue without cutting into any walls. He worked quickly but safely and got the job done in no time. He charged less than his estimate, which was the most reasonable of the quotes I received. Overall, great job and would hire again.

It went very well. Mario is very friendly and personable and did a great job with removing the tiles from the basement. They left the area very clean and the end result looked great. Communication was also very good. I would recommend and would use them again if we have additional asbestos removal projects.

Great! They were very responsive and quick to get us a bid. Their bid was priced right and they were able to come within 1 week. We were very happy with the care they exercised at our home. Asbestos is not something you want to mess around with, but they sealed everything off, used equipment to remove the dust in the air, etc. They were true professionals who did an excellent job. Even our drain tile company was impressed with the work they did. I would absolutely hire them again!

Mario came out to my recently purchased home to look over three suspect Asbestos issues: Popcorn ceiling from the 70s, Tiled ceiling in basement, and 9x9 floor tiles in the entire second level. I wanted to have the issues looked at as a whole to understand what the cost of abatement might be if they did have asbestos, and to have them tested to see if they in fact needed special removal. I had doubts about the ceilings (but better safe than sorry), but was 99% certain the 9x9 tiles were asbestos. After looking at the floor tiles closer, trying to understand if it was one layer or more etc. Mario actually pulled one tile without any issue - it was super rubbery. He explained that the tile did not feel or act like an asbestos tile (they are usually super brittle and friable which is why they are dangerous). He suggested that I have it tested as well because it just might be asbestos free.... I decided to have all three tested and low and behold none of them contained asbestos! This was huge because I honestly never thought the 9x9 tiles would NOT contain asbestos! I really appreciated Mario's honesty. The good news is I can do the job myself, the bad news is I probably won't need to hire him. The cost for testing and his time was well worth it to have piece of mind and know I can continue with my remodel without any worries! Thanks Mario!

Mario and his helper did a great job. They worked with our schedule, and the problems involved with removing the carpeting getting down a small stairway. Very hard workers, honest, and I highly recommend them.

Mario came out to my house and gave me an estimate on how much it would cost to remove the old linoleum from my kitchen floor. He actually came out a couple of times to make sure he understood the job and reassured us that he would remove the floor safely. He was very professional, came on time and cleaned everything up after he was done. He did a great job.

Great! Mario was responsive and was able to get the work done quickly. He provided all the necessary paperwork for the City of St Paul and was licensed and insured. This guy works his tail off to provide good service! I had some other quotes that were twice his quote. I'll be calling him again!

As a contractor with 27 years experience it  refreshing to work with a company that does a great job.  Mario visited the job site within a couple days of contacting him and he sent over the estimate shortly  thereafter. We kept in contact and put the project on a  tentative schedule. Firming up the schedule was seamless and Mario was able to get there sooner than expected. I visited the job site unannounced while the guys happened to be at lunch.

They had communicated to the homeowner every step of the way. The job site was extremely clean. Tarps and plywood had been put  down to protect the property. They removed all the debris at the end of the day.          

Mario Gonzalez, the owner, stopped by soon after calling to provide an estimate on removal of ceramic tile and two layers of linoleum. Very personable man and the bid was comparable to other bids received. He and his crew arrived on time the morning of the job. They sealed the room thoroughly. Mario stayed and worked for the duration of the job. The job was finished in a reasonable amount of time. My only complaint is that they gouged up the walls and weather stripping at the bottom of the door. I'm remodeling the room, so it wasn't a huge deal, but it's something to note.

Mario was extremely professional. He was prompt for both the estimate and the work. He spent the better part of a day preparing the area, carefully taping off the involved space. During the asbestos removal and the demolition he had a large air filter running to provide negative air pressure within the involved area. He had mentioned to me during the estimate that he was very careful about keeping dust out of the rest of the house and he proved this true during the demolition work. His demolition work was careful and thorough. When it was complete he surprised me by washing the floor in the entire basement, leaving the area cleaner than when he first arrived. I would not hesitate to hire Mario and I will be calling him again for future demolition work.

Mario came out and made a bid. He did a good job of explaining the process I really liked him and he gave me a very good bid. I had called around and most people would only estimate on the phone. We needed a 2 foot section of asbestos removed off our radiator pipe in order to have our hot water heater replaced.  He came out 2 days after the bid and did a great job leaving the area all cleaned up. I highly recommend him!

Mario was extremely responsive and courteous.  Straightforward and honest...no sales spin/upsell like others I requested estimates from.  Prices slightly better, not a huge difference, but I felt more confident working with him.  He and his crew showed up to do the -work right on time.   Consulted with me on a few details before starting the work, worked efficiently, friendly, very good clean up.   My only surprise was the very strong smell of the chemical used to remove the adhesive...it stuck around for longer than I expected and gave me a bad headache...I would have stayed away from the house longer had I known to expect that.  I'd definitely work with Mario and his crew again!

They were perfect. Right on time, polite, professional, great listeners. They showed us how they would do the job, and then discussed our options. The price was just right, and they left the place spotless. They were even able to get some pieces that were in very difficult to reach locations. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! We will most definitely use them in the future, perhaps to remove some asbestos tile.

Mario showed up on time for the estimate and explained how the work would be done and priced tile removal for both asbestos and non-asbestos. He brought a sample to a lab for testing and it was not asbestos. He and his son showed up on time on the agreed work day and were careful to protect the carpet and other areas. Because it was not asbestos, it was not necessary to polywrap the area. It was a tough job to scrape up the glued-on tile, but they worked hard and efficiently and cleaned up nicely when they were finished. Because they finished the job in less time than estimated, he reduced what he charged me. Awesome! I really appreciated his honesty and great work ethic.
