Greenway Remodeling

Avoid this company. Jeremiah Carlson, who runs this company, is unscrupulous and dishonest. I live in Colorado and rent a house I own in the Twin Cities. The HOA at my complex said repair of some rotten boards needed to be done on my deck and they recommended two companies. I chose Greenway Remodeling. Carlson went over April 16 and did the work of replacing 2 boards and claimed to me that it looked good. He sent me a photo. I then was at the property on Sept 16 and saw that the photo he sent was angled so that I could not see how bad the work really looked on the right side of the deck. He did not put the boards going all the way across. Instead there was about 1 1/2 to two feet on each board that remained from the old boards. It does not look good at all. So I talked to him on Sept. 18 and he said he would send me a check to reimburse me for the $425 paid. That turned out to be a lie. For the following month, he returned no phone calls, texts for emails and I never received a check.

The work I had done was to remove snow from the entire roof of my home. From the time I contacted Greenway Remodeling to the time the work being finished was 3 days. The workers were extra careful about not damaging the roof. I highly recommend Greenway Remodeling. Now I am thinking what else I might need done!!!

This is the second project this company has done for me and I'm very happy with it. If you saw the before and after pictures, you would be happy too. The crappy, unfinished repair from the previous person was unsightly and horrible. This repair didn't take long, they got to work and did a wonderful job. Now on to the third project (gutters) and the other projects will have to wait until spring.

Greenway Remodeling was amazing to work with! The owner of the company was very responsive, honest, and wants to make sure every job is done correctly. They made sure all of our questions were answered, provided design ideas, and were so pleasant to work with. Greenway Remodeling did a fantastic job replacing our steps with beautiful stone and I couldnâ t be more pleased with the quality of work! Costs were explained upfront with no surprises, work was completed in a very timely fashion, and all of the workers were so friendly, professional, and highly skilled.

Work was done in a timely manner. Repairs needed and costs were very well explained. Workers were very professional. Very good cleanup afterwards. Roof looks really great and I don't have to worry this winter.
