"This was a $105 big deal purchase. They were okay. I wasn't super-happy with everything they did. They asked me what I wanted them to concentrate on and they did that, but they missed basic things like counters which should be really obvious. I would not use them again. I like that they cleaned the floors and did not clean the countertops so they did not do a complete job. My interaction with them was fine. They showed up and were there the allotted time, they just did not complete it, that's all. If you hire somebody to clean your house and they don't wipe the countertops off -- it's the easiest thing to do -- they could do better in the future to completely do it, that's all.

"Allen came to our house to review our project. We thought our project was going to be fairly simple and replace some grout and caulk. Allen informed us that we had a much larger issue that he could not fix. Even though he could not fix it, Allen was very knowledgeable on why we were having this specific issue and how to fix it the right way. Allen educated us, sent us an email with a references to certified tile setters, how to ask the right questions when picking your tile setter contractor and videos to educate us even further. Allen is a professional, patient and courteous. He could have easily came into our house and said, “I can’t help you” and went on his way. Instead, he spent 20-30 minutes with us. If I ever get the chance to use Allen as a contractor, I will definitely be calling him!"
