"Mike and his crew spent approximately 5 months working on multiple areas in and around our home. We added a third stall garage and mudroom/laundry room to the first floor, we added a basement bathroom, remodeled a 4 season porch to use year around as an additional main floor living space, bumped out a small second floor bedroom to add an additional bathroom and larger bedroom to make a master bedroom and en suite bathroom and finally a new 6 foot cedar fence to keep the dogs in our yard. Mike was quick and responsive to our initial meetings, questions, ideas and budget. He was able to creatively rethink the layouts of several of our rooms to keep our budget in check and still give us everything we were wanting. As the owner and general contractor, Mike kept all of his crew moving, supplies delivered and his several sub contractors on time. Mike and his crew are full service...they can frame up, handle tree work, install doors & windows, install siding, install cedar fencing, lay tile, sheetrock, paint, complete finishing work, etc. Mike was able to get our foundation work completed in October so his crew could work all winter long rather than waiting 9 months to start due to our freezing winter temps.
