Scott is very responsive and I was impressed he followed up after the job was complete to make sure we were satisfied and didn't have any questions.

Our townhouse complex has used Meridian Tree for tree-related issues since 2014. Scott is responsive, professional, and has been able to provide excellent service at very reasonable prices. Meridian is also ecologically aware, and made suggestions to help achieve the goal of minimal environmental impact and sustainability. Depending on services needed, costs ranged from $200 to several thousand during the period July 2014 through June 2017. Projects included treatments for emerald ash borer, diplodia tip blight, dothistroma; cleaning out dead wood and raising the canopy on several large trees; removal of several trees. Meridian always provided us with excellent tree care, and was consistently lower cost than other bidders.

Amazing job!  Good crew, fast, did exactly as we asked; very personable.  Cleaned up everything and didn't leave the site until they were sure we were satisfied with the job.  Scott Gilbertson, a certified Arborist, is one of the most pleasant individuals we've ever met and from the initial contact, which was just last week, through the estimate, and doing the job today, he was hands-on and simply great to work with.  Would give Meridian Tree Service an A+ if we could!  Definitely recommend to anyone looking for an excellent tree service!

They are on a schedule to spray and prevent disease on our hawthorn trees...very timely (tricky because of weird weather) and they are very professional. Honest and reliable. Our trees look good again and are blooming like crazy!  Thanks to Meridian Tree. Definitely would recommend them...very knowledgeable...expert tree care.

They had to remove an elm that was growing and crowding an oak and several other trees and did that with great precision, without damaging any of the surrounding trees.  They also removed a dying maple tree down to ground level.
We have a very wooded common area and they removed all the dead and broken limbs from several different species of trees and I was impressed by the fact that they assessed each tree individually from all angles, before removing any of the branches, to ensure that the tree would look good when they were done.
The amount of pruning that they conducted required that they have there chipper on site and took a crew of four to complete the project.
They were very thorough in the clean up process and I was surprised that they even took some downed branches that were not even a part of the project.
Scott made suggestions on how a particular tree should be pruned, based on the trees that were near by it, to ensure that there would be no problems with future growth.

We have a 3/4 acre wooded lot the has been neglected for several years (we just bought the house). Eric and his crew took out the dead stuff and leaning trees and pruned to improve the health of the trees. They were punctual, quick, professional, and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Eric was very honest in his assessment of the work needing to be done.
